Dr. Salameh is the Principal-In-Charge at ZS. He brings more than 30 years of professional experience related to building structural designs, building enclosure consulting, BIM to Facility Management Consulting, historic structures restoration, and structural failure investigations. In addition to his consulting experience, Dr. Salameh serves as a board member with Milwaukee Preservation Alliance and Landmarks Illinois. Dr. Salameh is also a past chair of the executive committee of the ASCE Forensic Engineering Division (FED) and he is a founding member of the City of Milwaukee Façade Examination Ordinance Committee. Additionally, he served as an adjunct associate professor of building’s structural systems at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning (SARUP) as well as the School of Engineering – University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Some of Dr. Salameh professional accomplishments include:

- Project executive for structural and building envelope analysis/design for numerous new constructed facilities including: - The $524M/675,000 square feet Fiserv Forum; - The $50M Fiserv Forum Entertainment Block; - The $550M/1.1 million square feet Northwestern Mutual Home Office Expansion; - The $180M Campus North Residence Hall at the University of Chicago; - The $90 Million Rubenstein Forum at the University of Chicago,.

- Project executive for numerous historic/landmark buildings’ restoration and preservation projects including, but not limited to, the Rockefeller Chapel, National landmark at University of Chicago; the Northwestern Mutual Landmark Headquarter building in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and the Fisher Building, National landmark in Detroit, Michigan.
