One of the major beneficiary of the sponsor funds is used to help offset the cost the Facility Management Professional (FMP) class, which develops the skill set of our professional members. We’re looking for chapter members to participate in upcoming classes to pursue an FMP certification. More information will be follow for two potential classes in spring and two classes in the fall.
Interested in joining the leadership team? It’s that time of year again where leaders will be elected. Currently the vice president and treasurer positions are open. Ballots will be coming out shortly.

Program Committee members help plan educational programs, building/construction site tours, and a number of social events throughout the year. Members meet bi-monthly, currently at Moe’s Irish Tavern on Highway 100 and Bluemound. We brainstorm and coordinate new events/tours. Typically each member is assigned to coordinate an event. Currently along with our monthly programs, planning is in the works for our annual Member Appreciation Event in October at Veloce Go Cart Racetrack and Point Burger Bar. The Programs Committee is a great way to get involved and meet our members along with the opportunity to have a say in our Chapters future events.
