Our theme for this year's conference is: "Bridging the Multigenerational Gap".  We have an exciting line-up of dynamic speakers and educational presentations:

Keynote Speakers:

Meagan Johnson

Opening Keynote: 8:45am - Meagan Johnson, National Speaker & Multigenerational Expert: "Zap the Gap" - How to work with multiple generations.  Meagan will discuss who the generations are -- their wants, needs and expectations; How to capture Baby Boomers "Loyal make a difference" attitude before it evaporates; Important Gen X career building techniques so they don't leave you for another employer; New Millennials want their efforts to have meaning and what to do about it; Top 10 recruiting tricks to capture Gen Y's attention; A social media policy at work that works; How to take advantage of generation gaps -- not simply manage or endure them; What needs to happen to weave generational respect into your organizational culture.

Sarah Moellenkamp

Luncheon Keynote: 12Noon - Sarah Moellenkamp, HOK Chicago: "Next Generation Workplace."  If you are planning workspace for the future, you need to look at providing for a multi-generational workforce, enabled by technology and working in a more agile manner than ever before.  The NEXT generational wave is about to hit the workplace and today's space planning decisions should anticipate them.

Ian Abston

Closing Keynote:  3:45pm - Ian Abston, Millenian LLC: "Understanding the Whippersnapper in the Workforce."  This lazy and entitled generation is about to be the largest in the workforce and I can't get them off the text machine long enough to have a conversation about what it was like "back in my day".  Here's a fun look at the comparison between generations and a few quick strategies to understand the needs of those up and coming whippersnappers.  And no...it's not all bad!
