The Director of Facilities is responsible for leading, managing, and directing the operations of the maintenance, safety, security, and housekeeping, to enable them to perform services for their customers throughout the healthcare facility; direct the planning of projects; assist with scheduling appropriate personnel to accomplish requests in a timely manner; provide communication to all staff; being a part of cultural transformation, and other duties as assigned.
